Summary
Our complex consists of 144 apartments which are all two bedroom and one bath units with an amazing 985 square footage of living space! Not only that, you will have a balcony or patio, free carport garage, free water, free sewer, free refuse removal and yes free heat! All this is included in our very competitive prices begining at $575 per month. Tenants will be responsible for electric, and on average should run between $20 and $40 per month (with the exception of the summer months).
How To Apply
To submit an application we would need a copy of your Michigan ID and a copy of your most recent check stub or proof of income. Rental applications can be completed and retured to us by mail, fax or e-mail. At this time we are offering free applications so hurry in and take advantage! We will require an earnest deposit at the time of your visit once you have been approved. We will then have you pick your apartment and set your move in date. The earnest deposit will be applied to your security deposit at the time of your move in.
